Update: Even other groomers are mortified. We are not alone. Petco still has done nothing. They have lost our business.
Mrs Jenny is such an amazing dog groomer. She is so sweet to all the dogs and always has a smile on her face. I always recommend people to her and they always come back because she is amazing! If anyone is looking for a experienced amazing dog groomer I would defenitly recommend her!
Great place to take your dog for grooming, prices are competitive. The fish tanks are usually dirty with lots of dead fish in them. But the reptile section and the rest of the store is very nice. The staff is great.

OH MY GOSH! NEVER GO HERE! The people were so nice and our puppy loved them so we thought it would be a great place to build a relationship with. We are now mortified. We had our soft coated wheaten terrier groomed here. 1st, we showed up for our appointment and ALL the groomers had decided to leave early and didn't care enough about our business to honor the appointment at all. 2nd We show up for our rescheduled appointment and they BUTCHERED her hair. We have engagement pictures in two weeks and they destroyed her hair. THEY completely shaved her except her head, which was what we specifically said NOT to do!!!!! I am so distraught. Her hair won't grow back by the engagement shoot. These are once in a lifetime pictures, and PETCO ruined our puppy's hair. I wouldn't put it past them to do this on purpose, because we even showed them pictures of exactly what we wanted. They are careless and useless. THE ABSOLUTE ONLY thing that could remedy this review into a semi decent one is for them to give us some sort of credit that would allow us to buy her some of the puppy items that she needs and we can't afford to get (ie. a bed, new food bowls, new leash and harness). But nothing will make up for the fact that they ruined our first set of family pictures- that is gone. PETCO, do you have integrity enough to admit you messed up and HELP US make up for what YOU TOOK from us?? Check your with your managers and I'm sure they can give you a name and number for the people who had to have their appointment rescheduled, because ALL the groomers left on thursday knowing we had an appointment that evening.
Best petco ive been in. The staff of knowledgable and friendly, and they had one of the biggest selections of reptile tanks and accessories ive seen! The older gentleman at the register knew exactly what snake i had just by looking at what i was purchasing!
