I love Ross, this one was a pretty decently sized one too. Though if I give any advice, its too go to one early in the morning. Everything is scattered around when you go to one in the middle of the day. I know it isn't the employee's fault for the mess but it is just better to go during the day when public touch is minimal.

Ive never written a review before because Ive worked in customer service my entire life & know how these can be taken out of context but I feel very strongly about the experience Ive had at this location. I went in to exchange a shirt I bought for a bigger size and patiently waited in line for almost 30 min. They were understaffed and only had one cashier. I was finally helped and got home only to find the employee gave me the smaller shirt right back. I called the store to see if they would hold the bigger shirt till the next day since it was almost closing time. The employee on the phone said they dont hold items overnight and wouldnt make an exception eventhough they made the mistake! That was the worst display of customer service and I wont be a return customer

Messy, bad lighting, and you can't take your shopping cart to your car, which is a pretty big problem when they sell large and heavy items. It's cheap, and there is good stuff there, but it's hard to find the good stuff. It's just an over all unpleasant shopping experience. I want to give it a better score because the employees were lovely, and I feel they should be recognized for that, it's just so unpleasant and inconvenient that I can't. But, in case Ross head honchos are reading, the problem is NOT your employees, it's the unpleasant nature of your business model.

Walked up to register for check out, there were 4 people there. I stood in line waiting to be called AND EVERYONE walked away from the register. The security guy was like someone is coming but I stood there for 30+ mins waiting to be checked out. There was no sorry or anything. Smh. It was ridiculous. Won't come back!

I got some really cute clothing. They had a good choice of tops with sleeves. I don't do sleeveless. I didn't mind waiting in line to check out, but many did. 10-12 people in line during prime time with only one register open. That single clerk was both fast and courteous.
