Always a pleasant experience at this location! Although they always seem to be understaffed, the employees I have encountered have always been so nice and accommodating. I work downtown so they make it easy to pick up my rental. I also love the fact that they are open on Sundays!
THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED I FEEL GUILTY JUST LEAVING A 1STAR REVIEW These employees added a $167 insurance package to our rental and we did not even come close to asking for it nor did we authorize it. Do not go here. They tried to say how I signed for it when I told him we didn't agree to it in the first place.
I rented a vehicle for the weekend, picked it up on a Saturday morning dirty and all but I needed to get on the road so I couldn't wait for it to be detailed and not that they offered to either. The transmission felt like it was slipping and papers in the console of the car by 4 different people with their address phone number, a ticket etc. When I told them about the transmission they said it was normal. They offered me a free rental to make up for it and when I requested it they wouldn't give me a free rental. Hertz is shady. Never again. T

Went to rent a car as a Hertz Gold member. I had a car in about ten minutes. About a ten minute walk from the Hilton Fort Worth. Staff was very efficient and polite, and had me in a nice clean car in about ten minutes. Oddly, the fuel tank was not full, so I took picture of the gas tank and mileage. I will have to point this out to the manager later. Otherwise, this would be a five star review.
